This Policy describes Kalimati's data practices on Apple devices, including in-app purchases. If another platform version is released, the Policy should be reviewed to reflect its actual services.
2. Information Collected by the App
Mac Winsoft Inc. does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, dates of birth, precise locations, profile photos, or other personally identifying information through the app. No Mac Winsoft account or sign-in is required.
3. Children's Privacy
Kalimati does not ask children for personal information and does not provide public chat, social profiles, or communication between users. We do not create advertising profiles of children. A parental gate restricts access to purchasing features.
4. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs and does not track users across other companies' apps or websites for advertising. We do not sell app users' data or share it with data brokers.
5. Educational Activities
Letter assembly, word activities, and educational animations take place within the app. We do not collect children's answers or learning progress on our servers or maintain personal activity profiles.
6. Device Permissions
Core activities do not require sharing personal information with us. If a future feature requires an operating-system permission, we will request it as appropriate and update this Policy if necessary.
7. Free Download and One-Time Purchase
Kalimati is free to download and includes one complete word activity. Remaining locked words and related activities can be unlocked through a single non-consumable in-app purchase. The current app does not offer recurring monthly or annual subscriptions.
8. Payment Processing
Apple App Store and StoreKit handle purchases and billing. We do not collect credit-card numbers, banking information, or Apple Account passwords. Apple's services may provide limited technical entitlement status to verify or restore access. Apple independently processes account and payment information under its own policies.
9. Restore Purchases and Family Sharing
The product supports purchase restoration and Apple's Family Sharing for eligible family members under Apple's terms. Access depends on purchase and sharing entitlements and may be affected by refunds or revocation.
10. Data Storage
We do not maintain a database of personal profiles of children using the app. Apple's independent handling of account data does not mean that Mac Winsoft collects that data directly.
11. External Sites and Services
A parent may choose to visit our support pages, website, or Apple's services. These destinations may have separate privacy policies.
12. Support Requests
An adult who voluntarily submits a website support request may provide a name, email address, and message for a response. This is separate from data collection by the app and subject to the website's applicable privacy practices. Do not send children's personal information or sensitive payment details.
13. Your Choices
You may contact support with privacy questions. There are no personal in-app Mac Winsoft accounts to export or delete. Apple data is governed by Apple's settings and policies.
