1. Information We Collect
Mac Winsoft does not collect personally identifiable information from users of Marsam.
The app does not ask users to provide their name, email address, telephone number, home address, date of birth, precise location, profile photo, or other personally identifiable information.
Marsam also does not require users to create a Mac Winsoft account or sign in with Mac Winsoft in order to use the app.
2. Children’s Privacy
Marsam is designed to provide a drawing and creative environment suitable for children and families.
Mac Winsoft does not ask children to provide personal information and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Marsam does not provide user-to-user chat, social networking, public user profiles, or a Mac Winsoft service through which children can communicate with other users.
Because Mac Winsoft does not collect personal information from Marsam users, Mac Winsoft does not create personal profiles of children or use children’s data for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Advertising and Tracking
Mac Winsoft does not use Marsam to provide personalized advertising and does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
Mac Winsoft does not sell, rent, or provide users’ personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
4. Drawings and User-Created Content
Users can create drawings and artwork within Marsam.
Mac Winsoft does not collect, upload, or store users’ drawings on Mac Winsoft servers.
If a user chooses to save artwork to the device’s photo library or share it using sharing options provided by the operating system, that action is initiated by the user and handled through the device and the services selected by the user.
Any third-party service selected by the user for sharing content may be governed by its own privacy policy. Mac Winsoft does not control how such a service handles content after the user chooses to share it.
5. Device Permissions
Marsam may request access to certain device features only when necessary to perform a feature selected by the user, such as saving artwork to the device’s photo library.
Mac Winsoft does not use these permissions to collect personal information about the user.
Users can manage application permissions through their device settings.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Marsam is a paid subscription-based application and may offer eligible users a 3-day free trial before a paid subscription begins, subject to the terms displayed by the App Store at the time of subscription.
Monthly and yearly subscription plans are available.
All purchases, subscriptions, billing, and subscription management are processed through the Apple App Store and Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Mac Winsoft does not collect, process, or store users’ credit card numbers, banking information, or payment credentials.
Mac Winsoft may receive technical information from Apple’s systems that is necessary to determine subscription status or entitlement to paid features. Users are not required to provide payment information directly to Mac Winsoft.
Apple’s processing of information associated with an Apple Account and payment transactions is governed by Apple’s own policies and terms.
7. Free Trial
Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial, subject to the offer available through the App Store.
The availability of a free trial does not mean that Marsam is permanently free. After the trial period ends, the subscription becomes a paid subscription according to the plan and price displayed to the user when subscribing, unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with Apple’s subscription terms before renewal.
Eligibility for free trials and promotional offers is determined by Apple.
8. Third-Party Services
Mac Winsoft does not use third-party services within Marsam for the purpose of creating advertising profiles of users or selling their personal information.
Marsam does, however, rely on Apple services that are necessary for application distribution and subscription management, including the App Store and StoreKit.
Apple may process certain information independently in accordance with its own privacy policies.
9. Data Storage
Because Mac Winsoft does not require users to create an account and does not collect personal information through Marsam, Mac Winsoft does not maintain a database of personal user profiles for Marsam users.
Content created by a user and retained on the user’s device remains under the user’s control unless the user chooses to save or share it through another service.
10. Sale of Personal Information
Mac Winsoft does not sell personal information belonging to Marsam users.
Mac Winsoft also does not use children’s data for behavioral advertising or marketing profiles.
11. Privacy by Design
Marsam has been designed according to a data-minimization approach. One of the primary ways we protect users’ personal information is by not requesting or collecting it in the first place when it is not necessary for the operation of the app.
12. External Links and Services
If a user chooses to access an external website or service through the operating system or App Store, that service may be governed by its own privacy policy and terms.
Mac Winsoft does not control the privacy practices of external services.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Mac Winsoft may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Marsam, legal requirements, or the way the service operates.
When changes are made, the updated policy will be published on this page and the “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy will be revised.
If a future feature materially changes the way user information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
