1. Scope
This notice describes the current HeroHop iPhone/iPad app from Mac Winsoft Inc. Website contact forms and Apple services have separate privacy information.
2. No account, ads or tracking SDKs
HeroHop does not require a Mac Winsoft account and does not include third-party ads, analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers or public chat. The current app does not send gameplay progress or scores to a Mac Winsoft game server.
3. Local progress and preferences
Unlocked worlds, scores, achievements, language, sound and control preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not provide its own iCloud progress synchronization. Deleting the app or losing device data can remove local progress.
4. Purchases handled by Apple
StoreKit is used to obtain products and verify purchase entitlements. Apple handles payment and Apple Account information under its own privacy terms. The app uses verified transaction information to grant or restore content access. Mac Winsoft does not receive your payment-card number or Apple Account password.
5. Optional motion control
When tilt control is selected, device-motion measurements are used on the device to steer the character. The game does not upload those measurements to Mac Winsoft. You can choose touch controls instead.
6. Children and parental supervision
Gameplay does not require a child to submit personal information. The adult gate helps restrict purchasing features but does not replace supervision. Parents should handle purchase decisions and any support request.
7. If you contact support
Using the website’s contact form sends the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, device information and issue description, so we can respond. Please do not include children’s personal information, passwords or payment credentials. The website contact privacy notice describes that form separately.
8. Your choices and contact
You can change preferences in the game, switch from tilt to touch, and choose whether to purchase. Removing the app can remove local data, so consider your progress first. For privacy questions, contact us about privacy. Updates to this notice will show a new revision date.
