1. About the game
HeroHop: Sky Adventure is a platform-jumping game by Mac Winsoft Inc. for iPhone and iPad. These terms describe use of the game and its optional paid content, alongside applicable Apple terms and mandatory consumer rights.
2. Apple’s app license
The app is offered under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a valid custom license is supplied through the App Store. These game-specific terms supplement that license and do not remove rights that applicable law protects.
3. Free and paid content
The complete Dream Garden world is free and replayable. One optional non-consumable purchase, HeroHop Full Adventure, enables access to the other 69 worlds and Endless Challenge. Adventure worlds still unlock sequentially through play. There is no subscription or automatic renewal for this product.
4. Payment and purchase verification
Apple processes App Store payments and shows the applicable price and currency before confirmation. Mac Winsoft does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. Access depends on a valid purchase entitlement verified through Apple. A cancelled, unverified or pending transaction does not itself grant paid access.
5. Existing buyers and restoring purchases
A valid purchase of com.macwinsoft.herohop.fullgame covers the content included under that same product, including the current 70-world adventure. Use Restore Purchases with the appropriate Apple Account when needed. Purchase restoration does not restore or synchronize locally saved scores or world progress.
6. Refunds and purchase status
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple under its policies and applicable consumer protections. If Apple revokes or refunds an entitlement, access to paid content may change. Apple’s refund guidance explains how to request help.
7. Parents and children
An authorized adult should supervise purchases. The game includes an arithmetic gate before purchasing and restoration for users who do not own the content. Passing the gate does not authorize a payment by itself and does not replace parental supervision or device purchase restrictions.
8. Progress and device storage
Scores, achievements and unlocked worlds are saved on the device. The app does not provide its own iCloud progress synchronization. Removing the app or losing access to device data may affect progress. Restoring a purchase is separate from recovering gameplay data.
9. Permitted use and intellectual property
Use the app lawfully and in accordance with the applicable license. Do not redistribute game content, bypass purchase verification, or interfere with the app except where the law permits. Software, artwork, animations, sound and branding remain protected by their owners’ intellectual-property rights.
10. Updates and availability
We may release fixes and content changes. Device compatibility and availability may change with updates. The game is provided to the extent permitted by law without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes non-waivable warranties, remedies or consumer rights.
11. Privacy and third-party services
